Today Doris Hermann brought by some items to sell and boy are they cute and incredibly inexpensive. Handmade hats $5, super cute potholders $4, kids quilts $27 to $67. All that Doris makes will go toward purchasing materials for her donations of quilts to the Linus Project. If anyone would like to donate fabric, batting, or yarn to Doris lelt me know.
A knitting class is imminent now that I have found an instructor. Constance Moynahan will be making her knitting skills available to those that would like to learn, like me. Let me know if you're interested.

There is so much happening at Humble. I can't keep up with all that needs to be shared. I would like to suggest that if you would like the most current and fresh Humble news that you "like" Humble Fabrics on Facebook. I have not been able to figure out how to add a "like" button to this website yet, BUT I AM DETERMINED.

Humble Fabrics is dedicated to providing Nevada County affordable fabric, yarn and crafting supplies.
We carry new and pre-owned crafting materials and tools of any kind. Our current inventory is heavy with fabric and yarn, but we aspire to carry embroidery floss, stamps, candlemaking supplies, soapmaking goodies, dyes or paints, etc. Please let me know what you hope to find at Humble so we can tailor make this store for our community.
Look forward to classes/ workshops and crafting get-togethers in the near future. Along with classes like create-a-card, basic crochet, and sew your own baby clothes, you can expect to find gatherings like: Make Your Own Halloween Costume and Gift Wrap Get Together. Click here to be put on our mailing list for announcements.
I'm building a lending library of crafting projects like: quilting, cross-stitch, knitting, etc. If you have books that you are no longer using we would love your donation or exchange for store credit.
I purchase previously owned materials for resale with cash or store credit. Bring in your formerly treasured crafting goodies to trade in for some fun, new supplies.
AND THERE'S MORE! Please check back, I'm still putting this page together and have much more to add.
Happy Crafting!!!!
